as time goes by

Since last Monday was a holiday Rob took off early from work and we went to the park to play. We were lucky because the weather was pretty nice that day. We tossed around the football, (Rob even managed to kick it into the pond, Emma saved the day by finding a long branch to pull it out) and the kids had fun on the play equipment. Lauren practiced throwing the football and actually did pretty good. It was so nice just to play with the kids and relax a bit.
Afterwards Rob decided to take the family to Cici's pizza. We haven't been there in about two and a half years because usually after we eat there we don't feel too well.

It wasn't any different this time! Guess it will be at least another two and a half before we do that again. It was still a fun day with the family. Time is going by very quickly these days, sometimes we just have to take the time to pause and really enjoy the one's we love!
