On Saturday our niece Jessica graduated from high school. This is proof that time is a fly'in way too fast. SLOW DOWN ALREADY. When Rob and I got married our sweet little niece was only 3 yrs. old. I remember she wore a darling white, yellow, and blue dress with a huge bow in her hair and was as cute as can be. I secretly hoped that Rob and I would be blessed with little girls as adorable as Jessica (and we were) Jessica is still our sweet niece, she has just grown up, a lot! She has great talents, enthusiasm, and the spirit of youth. She is a whole lot taller, more mature, more beautiful, and rocks cool feathers in her hair (my girls all want feathers now like Jessica). She is the oldest daughter of my sister Amy and she is the oldest cousin on my side of the family. In the fall she will be attending the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. We are so excited for her, but we will really miss her.Jessica graduated from Keller high school with a little over 600 other students. Amy's family, our aunt Colleen (from Portland, Oregon) my parents, our brother in law Joe's parents, and our family were able to attend. We brought the kids DSi's, my sister's girl's brought ipads, and we had plenty of snacks for everybody. It was long, but hey are kids are primed for this sort of thing with 3 hrs. of church each Sunday. It went by pretty quickly. Afterwards my sister and Joe treated everyone to a dinner celebration at Pappasito's in Fort Worth. It was a lot of fun and so good to be together. Monday, Jessica, Amy, and Joe headed out to New York City for a week of time together with just the three of them. I think that is so cool. We are so proud of you Jessica and we know you will accomplish great things!
