Welcome: Baby Evangeline

We have a new arrival: our six week old Yorkie that we got on Saturday. She is a birthday gift for Lauren's 13th birthday and is named Evangeline. She is adorable and so sweet too! The kids have been planning this for quite some time. The knew they wanted a girl, a Yorkie, to name her Evangeline (they got the name from "Nannie Mcphee"), something they could spoil and dress up.

She has been a delight for our family so far and slept through the night last night. She likes to follow me wherever I go and loves to play as well as cuddle. We love how she sleeps on her back with her little paws sticking up. We look forward to having her be a part of our family and the memories we will make with her for years to come! She is excited to meet everyone and I will probably include her in my blogs quite often.
