Recently Rob had an interesting conversation with Emma over the phone. It went something like this:Emma: "Dad, guess what?"
Rob: "What"
Emma: (boasting)"I haven't taken a shower since last Tuesday!!!"
Rob: "Really, W-O-W that's like five whole days. You must really stink!"
Emma: "Yeah, isn't that sooooo cool!!!"
Well, what Rob didn't know was that Emma was talking on the phone in her Primary class at church where "others" could overhear her. Wednesday night Sister Crouch came up to Rob asking him if Emma had showered yet. She said she had burst out laughing when she heard Emma boast about her lack of hygiene and had to leave the room. Emma is an interesting child to say the least.
In other news, Emma was not able to get her lime green cast that she so desired; however, Rob was able to rig up a beautiful hot pink and black "zebra" style design. Emma was thrilled and can't wait to show it off to her friends at school and church. I think Rob may have other orders coming his way soon. He seems to be quite the designer, he never ceases to amaze.
Here is a picture of Emma's x-ray. Just thought it might give you a better of understanding of her fracture since we weren't there to get pictures of the lovely thing. Kinda makes you sick to the stomach doesn't it?
