A few days later she told me she wanted to wear it for Halloween. My first thought was....don't you want to be a princess, or a fairy or, something very feminine? Oh no, she had her heart set on being the "RAWR" as she likes to call it. Well I wasn't going to let it go. A took her out a couple of times to show her the many beautiful feminine costumes, but she would have nothing to do with them. She was going to be a "RAWR."
And so today she went to school for her Halloween party/parade as a "RAWR" and was sooo pleased with herself. Yesterday she kept asking me, "Is today over yet?" Rob told me last night when he checked on the girls after he tucked them into bed that Eden was just laying there awake, no doubt dreaming of wearing her costume!I often need to be reminded that my children have their own way of doing things, their own likes and dislikes. I guess sometimes I get caught up in what I want them to be. In the end it's really more fun to see them just be who they want to be!

Wow we miss you guys. I wish we could bring everyone we love with us when we move. I am extremely homesick. Hope all is going well.
