The pictures on this post are in opposite order of our day in Grand Cayman, so that is the way we will roll. We were absolutely exhausted by the end of our excursion. We took a boat out in the beautiful ocean and went snorkeling. The water was freezing at first, but once we got in it wasn't so bad. The snorkeling was exquisite! There were so many vibrant fish to see, gorgeous plants, and coral. Emma, Eden, and mom stayed on the boat and tried to get warm while the rest of us snorkeled. It was Landon and Laurens' first time and they absolutely loved it!
We also went swimming with the stingray. We tried to get Eden and Emma into the water with them, but they didn't like the temperature. They were also afraid of the stingray. I got Eden to touch one briefly, but we headed back to the boat soon after. Landon and Eden kept telling us they that the stingray felt like a mushroom. I agree!Everyone else really had fun and enjoyed them. My dad found a beautiful huge shell that had something living in it, so he put it back!
Eden got surprised when the boat driver let her take a turn at the wheel. She loved this! We got a lot of cute pictures of her enjoying her new found power!
It was a fun experience to go on a boat in the beautiful ocean. I think this made a great impression on the kids.

I just wish the water could have been warmer and the wind not so piercing cold! We just couldn't dry off and get warm.

My mom and I really enjoyed all of the shopping opportunities, especially the store where all of the jewelry was $20 or under. We found some great tee shirts that change color in the sun. The kids thought that was awesome.
