schoole daze.....

So truthfully, no one in the family was too excited about school starting again except for Eden and Rob.

Eden is the typical kindergarden kid with visions of pure bliss and fun filled moments dancing through her head. Her eyes sparkled so bright early Monday morning in anticipation of going to school. Her expectations are high as they should be as she starts on her path of the school journey. She got the teacher we wanted her to have and we are thrilled. Eden actually got to know her teacher Mrs. Gregory a little this summer when she went to vacation bible school, she is like a second mom! Eden was sad when I told her she had to take two days off for the weekend.

Rob just wanted the kids to go back to school because he's jealous of us staying up late, getting up when we want to, and doing pretty much whatever we want to. We still love him though!

The kids have settled in great, they like their teachers, and I just know this will be another fun filled year with new experiences, new friends, and the time flying by way too fast. I really need to know where to get a "slow down" button for our life, but in the meantime we will love going to bed earlier and waking up earlier as well. HAPPY SCHOOL DAZE to everyone!!!
