| a few weeks ago we went to the botanical gardens for a picnic. it was super hot, but everyone was a trooper and we had fun baking in the sun! |

| we made a delicious lunch and enjoyed taking pictures and watching the turtles and fish swim. |

| the kids (rob included of course) had fun making their water bottles explode. they made a loud bang and enjoyed getting a reaction out of everyone. |

| the summer is definitely flying by way too fast! i wish i could get a hold of a pause button somewhere. |
