Best Ever Blueberry Muffins from Cook's Illustrated

Today I made these blueberry muffins for our "breakfast dinner."
They were so good Lauren thought I bought them from Central Market!

Sometimes breakfast for dinner can be so satisfying. I made sausage and my
special scrambled eggs to go with it.

These muffins have a special blueberry filling inside and streusel topping.



I was really happy with they way they turned out.
You can add any type of fruit and toppings you wish. Oh the possibilities!



I had to sneak one before dinner just to make sure they were nice
and tastey for the kids- ya know!
