Vacation part: 2

I am having a hard time blogging about our cruise just because there are a lot of great pictures, but anyway here's a few more. The second day at sea was still pretty chilly; however that was not going to stop the kids from getting their money's worth out of the ship's pool, hot tub, and other water games. They convinced us they could handle the cold and so we let them enjoy the water while we lounged around trying to keep warm. Landon, Emma, and Eden loved the water slide and went down it over and over again! Oh to be kids again and have endless energy and be immune to the cold!

When we went to our cabins, Eden immediately crawled into bed and was ready to go to sleep. I think this had to do with the fact that she and Emma were in the top bunks and she has never experienced being in a bunk before. We had to convince her to leave the bed and go to dinner. She was so cute!
It didn't take long for the kids to find the ice cream machine. They loved being able to get ice cream whenever they wanted to. They also took advantage of getting soft drinks whenever they desired. They would just walk up to the bar, show their card and order whatever they wanted. Their favorite was "Shirley Temple." They also discovered "Roy Rogers." It was so fun to see Emma and Eden have such independence to make their own decisions and do their own thing!

We had fun dressing up on the formal nights and getting our pictures taken. I think my mom and dad look great! All of the staff on the cruise referred to Eden and Emma as the "princesses." They really liked that. I overheard one teenage boy ask if he could be called a "princess" too. Too funny.
