younger three headed back with enthusiasm and excitement. They had already met their teachers a few days before and were really happy about who they got. Our freshman on the other hand (yes, we are old enough to have a freshman in high school- not sure how time has escaped us like this)
was nervous and dreading the whole experience a bit. We told her everything would be fine and to remember the beautiful back to school blessing she had received. When I picked them up that afternoon, they all had smiles on their faces and were ready to return back the next morning. This is always a good sign! I am so excited for each one of them and I know they will have another great year. I am going back to school in a sense as well. I have put in my application to be a substitute teacher at the schools this year. Wish me luck and pray for me as I take on this new adventure. I am excited and a bit nervous, but I'm sure I'll have a few funny stories to share along the way!!!
